Whether you are planning a wedding, family reunion, anniversary, birthday, retirement party, office party or renewal of vows, the Willows Inn can help you plan the most delight-filled celebration.

For those seeking an outstanding location for a memorable wedding for up to 200 guests, the Willows Inn is an ideal choice. We specialize in offering warmth and hospitality not readily found today that allows family and friends to gather in a relaxed atmosphere for your wedding. Together we will help you experience a reception that will delight both you and your guests. Once you have reviewed and selected from our many options you will have a realistic price quote for your special day—including flowers/bouquets/boutonnieres, music/DJ, elegant catering, cake, entertainment, lighting, and special beverages.

We can help make your wedding a special and memorable one on our magical five acre setting, with caring service, and top quality amenities. Our Celebration Fees are quite competitive, and offer great value—whether you want the ultimate wedding or a simple and elegant affair.

We have seven room choices which can accommodate up to 16 people on site. Most of our rooms have new mattresses, down quilts & pillows, beautiful furnishings and artwork, and all rooms have private baths. Most have soaking tubs. The cost to reserve the rooms varies by day and season and is listed on our reservations page. A full three-course gourmet breakfast is included and is served to each guest every morning at their own table.

The Willows schedules Celebrations all year round. We require that the rooms be rented for a 2 night minimum stay during the summer months June-September. Single night events and renting less than the entire Inn is restricted to Sunday-Thursday nights. All indoor events are limited to a maximum of 50 guests. Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions and are limited to 200.

Our 2 excellent chefs cater all on-site events. We do allow outside caterers to provide service in our facility, provided all food is cooked off-site and the caterer is licensed and insured (proof required).

Buffet or plated dinners range from $25-$120/person plus gratuity depending on the menu.

Sample menus can be provided upon request. Custom wedding cakes are available in your choice of flavor, color and simple design for a cost of $5 and up per person.

The Inn can provide fine selections of local or domestic wines and beers for your event and holds an OLCC license for these services. During celebrations, any wine and beer not provided by the Inn is subject to corkage and service fees.

We require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 to guarantee any Celebration reservation, in addition to any room deposits (one night full payment, in advance). Payment in full for the event is due four months (120 days) prior to your event. Final payment will then be calculated and is due, based upon the event count and bar fees, at the conclusion of your event. All deposits are non-refundable, unless the dates you have reserved are re-booked for another event of equal or greater event.
